Caledonian Orchestra of Nova Scotia

I am honoured to be a part of the Caledonian Orchestra of Nova Scotia. This coming Sunday, April 23, 2023, is our first performance since COVID – you won’t want to miss it! And it is here in my community of Truro, Nova Scotia. Members of the Orchestra come from all over Nova Scotia. There are a bunch of fiddlers, flutists, accordionists, a drummer, a couple on guitars, a great Scot named Jim Brown is our soloist and MC, and I am on the keyboard (aka piano.) Yes, I play fiddle, but I enjoy this time to do the piano thing – there are enough fiddlers 😊 The orchestra is joined by the Amherst Highland dancers and we also have a really cute Scot puppet occasionally dancing to the tunes. A great family show for all. See poster for details.
